Studies have shown Tai Chi Chuan to be effective in relieving stress as well as relieving symptoms of multiple diseases, including high blood pressure, Parkinson's Disease, arthritis and diabetes. 

Tai Chi Chuan also can be used for healing others and for self-defense. 

David is a level 5 Fa Kung Healer and an instructor of the Science of Elastic Force Under Sifu Mark Rasmus. 

David is available for private lessons and group lessons. He also teaches beginner and advanced Tai Chi classes at the City of Fairfax Senior Center, the Town of Vienna, and Arlington County — with more classes coming soon.
